Etiendem Jude

Founder, President
Brief info

From a young age, the seeds of environmental and social justice were sown in Jude's heart. Growing up, his curiosity about the natural world, nurtured by his studies in Geography at the University of Buea, Cameroon, blossomed into a deep concern for the impact of climate change on vulnerable communities.

This concern wasn't just academic. Jude saw the challenges firsthand – the struggle for food security, the conflicts arising from resource scarcity. It fueled his desire to make a tangible difference. So, fueled by this passion, he established the ACESUDEV foundation, a platform to translate his knowledge into action.

ACESUDEV became Jude's way of channeling his diverse interests – climate change, smart agriculture, coastal management, and environmental sustainability. He envisioned a future where these areas were not just studied, but actively improved. His dedication wasn't limited by borders. Jude actively sought out knowledge and collaboration, becoming a member of the American Association of Geographers and a key participant with the UNFCCC.

Now, at 36, Jude is a postgraduate student at the University of Richmond, Virginia. This pursuit of further education reflects his unwavering commitment to learning and staying at the forefront of solutions. He is a testament to the power of passion – a young man who turned his childhood concern into a lifelong mission to make the world a better place, one sustainable community at a time.
